The weather may be changeable at this time of year but as the sun’s rays get stronger, Malta has already started blooming with spring colour.
When spring rolls into Malta, the season beats the winter blues and brings something magical to our lives.
The Maltese countryside around Siggiewi and Rabat looks stunningly beautiful – and regular visits to beaches such as Ramla Bay in Gozo or Pretty Bay in Birzebbuga begin again as the weather gets warmer day by day.
Close your eyes when you’re down by the beach and you can smell the fresh sea and the spring air.
Spring is also a perfect time to wander through the Gozo countryside and soak up the picturesque sights around Nadur, Xaghra, San Lawrenz, Qala, Sannat, Gharb and Munxar.
